Stainless steel guardrails are made of stainless steel materials and mainly consist of handrails, columns, bases, and other components, commonly referred to as stainless steel railings. The layout of stainless steel guardrails is usually divided into main poles and columns. The wall thickness of the main pipe is 1.2mm according to the prescribed standard. Stainless steel guardrails are often seen in daily life, such as stair guardrails, balcony guardrails, bridge guardrails, and so on. Stainless steel guardrails have many advantages and have therefore gained widespread popularity
Mainly applied to construction projects. Families, companies, parks, squares, shopping malls, real estate development companies, decoration companies, construction projects, modern large hotels, restaurants, sports halls, office buildings, private villas, railings, etc. Stainless steel guardrails commonly seen in daily life include stair guardrails and balcony guardrails, which are also mostly made of stainless steel; Most bridge guardrails are still made of cement or marble, and stainless steel bridge guardrails are relatively rare< br />

Classification of stainless steel guardrails
Stainless steel composite pipe: made of iron pipe, wrapped with a stainless steel layer on the outside, which is relatively sturdy. With a well sealed pipe mouth, its rust prevention period can be guaranteed to be no different from that of stainless steel< br />
Stainless steel pipe: The entire pipe is made of stainless steel, which is lighter and has a lower load-bearing capacity than composite pipes, but it is less prone to rusting. Stainless steel materials are divided into several types, such as 2002, 01, 300, 301, and 304. Generally, 301 material is used in the market, with 304 having the best effect, followed by 301.
Installation of stainless steel guardrail
1. Pre embedded base plate. The installation of embedded parts (later added embedded parts) for railings can only be done using the method of later added embedded parts. The method is to use expansion bolts and steel plates to make rear connectors. First, lay out the line on the civil foundation to determine the position of the column fixing point. Then, drill holes with impact drills on the ground and install expansion bolts. The bolts should be kept of sufficient length. After the bolts are positioned, tighten the bolts and weld the nuts and screws together to prevent loosening of the nuts and steel plates. The connection between the armrest and the wall surface also adopts the above method< br />
2. Line up. During the construction of embedded parts, errors may occur. Therefore, before installing the columns, the lines should be re set to determine the accuracy of the buried plate position and the welded columns. If there are deviations, they should be corrected in a timely manner< br />
3. Welding pillars. When installing and welding columns, two people need to cooperate. One person should hold the steel pipe to keep it vertical and not shake during welding, while the other person should weld around it and meet the welding specifications< br />
4. Welded surface pipes, glass connectors. Before installation, the handrails and columns are lined with elongated lines, and grooves are machined at their upper ends according to the inclination angle of the site and the roundness of the handrails used. Then place the handrail directly into the groove of the column, and install it by spot welding from one end to the other in sequence. The adjacent handrails should be installed accurately and the joints should be tight. After the adjacent steel pipes are connected, the joints are welded with stainless steel welding rods and then embedded with organic glass< br />
5. Polishing and grinding. After all welding is completed, use a handheld grinder to level and sand the weld seam until it is no longer visible< br />
6. Install glass. Install organic glass, glass and other railings. The type and thickness of the railing glass should meet the design requirements, and tempered glass with a thickness of not less than 12mm should be used< br />
Stainless steel guardrail cleaning
1. Be careful not to scratch the surface, and do not use rough or sharp materials to clean stainless steel, especially mirror polished ones. Use a softer and less likely to fall off fabric to clean. For sandblasted steel and brushed surfaces, follow the pattern to clean, otherwise it is easy to scratch the surface< br />
2. Avoid using detergents, steel wire balls, grinding tools, etc. containing bleaching agents and abrasives. To prevent residual detergents from corroding the stainless steel surface, rinse the surface with clean water at the end of the washing process< br />
Stainless steel surfaces with dust and easily removable dirt can be washed with soap or weak detergent. For adhesive components, use alcohol or organic solvents (ether, benzene) to scrub.
